Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is hiring a Site Supervisor for a client site. You will oversee on-site security operations, manage staffing and training, and ensure contract compliance to deliver high-quality service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Pass any required state training or licensing.
• Pass a state licensing test if driving a company vehicle.
• One of: military service, police cadets, 1 year supervisory experience, or Associate degree.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site security functions including staffing, scheduling, and on-site training.
• Ensure contract training and screening elements for personnel are met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimum or preset requirement.
• Inspect security personnel performance and contract compliance.
• Provide direction to subordinates and respond to client requests.
