Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee the professional operation, administration, profitability, and quality assurance of uniformed services at a client site.

You will manage staffing, training, scheduling, and client communications to ensure high standards of service and compliance with contract terms. The role involves payroll tasks, incident reporting, and collaborating with management to optimize operations.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass state-required training or licensing
• Minimum of one year supervisory experience in security
• Be at least 21 years of age (21 if armed)
• Must be able to operate radio/console equipment

Responsibilities

• Oversee all security operations at the client site including staffing and on-site training
• Ensure contract-required training and screening are met
• Maintain overtime to a minimum as designated by AUS
• Inspect personnel performance to assure service quality and contract compliance
• Handle payroll, incident reports, and security surveys as needed
• Recommend personnel actions and respond to client requests
• Issue emergency notifications and direct subordinates accordingly
• Provide supervision and disciplinary recommendations as required
