Job summary

Allied Universal® is hiring a Site Supervisor to manage the professional operation, administration, profitability, and quality assurance of uniformed security services at a client site.

Responsibilities include staffing, scheduling, training, ensuring contract compliance, overseeing on-site personnel, payroll, incident reports, and post orders; provide direction to staff and recommend productivity improvements. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass any State-required training or other qualifications for licensing.
• Must be able to pass a state licensing test if driving a company-owned or client-provided vehicle.
• Meets one or more of: military service, auxiliary police, supervisory experience, or a post-secondary degree.

Responsibilities

• Oversee that all aspects of the security function on-site are performed in a diligent manner (staffing, scheduling, and on-site training).
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements for security personnel have been met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimal or preset requirement.
• Ensure quality of service and contract compliance by regularly inspecting security personnel and their job performance.
• Perform payroll related tasks, review incident reports, and assist in security surveys and post orders.
• Make recommendations for personnel actions and respond to client requests.
• Provide direction to subordinates and handle disciplinary actions as needed.
• Recommend cost reductions and improvements to management.
