Job summary

Securitas US Business Unit is seeking a Security Supervisor to oversee Security Officers and Lead Officers across client sites. The role ensures post orders are followed, rounds completed, and reports filed, while maintaining high standards of service and security.

You will coach and discipline staff, train personnel, and coordinate with management to ensure adequate coverage and safety compliance. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, with occasional overtime and varied

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED and 2 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• May hold security licenses as required by state/county/municipal authorities.
• Experience in retail security is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers, Lead Officers, and other personnel across client sites.
• Coach and discipline staff; document coaching and disciplinary actions.
• Train officers; review post orders and assignment details with team.
• Assist in payroll and personnel data submission.
• Ensure adequate coverage of all posts and positions.
• Prepare, file and submit various reports as required.
• Inspect posts and brief subordinates on tasks and responsibilities.
• Meet with client representatives to ensure security requirements are met.
