Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking a supervisory Security Manager to oversee Officers at client sites. You will ensure post orders are followed, rounds completed, and reports filed while coordinating with clients and management to meet security standards.

You will coach, train, and discipline staff, participate in payroll submissions, and ensure full coverage across all posts. A strong customer-service focus and the ability to adapt to various sites are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED plus 2 years related experience.
• Minimum 2 years experience in retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers, Lead Officers and others on client sites and ensure post orders are followed.
• Ensure rounds are completed, reports filed, and communicate with authorities in emergencies.
• Coach and discipline personnel and conduct formal reviews.
• Train officers and review assignments with subordinates.
• Assist in payroll and personnel submissions.
• Ensure adequate coverage across posts and schedules.
• Prepare and file required reports and inspect posts; meet client reps to ensure security compliance.
