Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a Site Quality Manager to lead QA/QC activities on multiple solar and electrical infrastructure projects.

You will implement the Site-Specific Quality Plan, manage QA teams, coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and regulators, and drive continuous improvement on-site. The role requires 3–5 years of utility-scale solar QA experience, travel to remote sites, and a strong background in PV systems, civil/electrical construction, and QA/QC methodologies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years in utility-scale solar quality management.
• Certifications such as ASQ, ISO 9001, Six Sigma and OSHA 10/30 are desirable.
• Experience with QA/QC processes, ITP, NCRs, CAPA.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Site-Specific Quality Plan (SSQP) with Regional Quality Manager.
• Develop Inspection Test Plan (ITP) for the project.
• Enforce company-wide Quality Management System (QMS) standards.
• Perform inspections and audits of civil, mechanical, and electrical installations; support commissioning.
• Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
• Maintain QA/QC documentation and generate quality metrics reports.
