Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a Site Quality Manager to lead QA/QC on solar and electrical projects in Indiana.

You will implement the Site-Specific Quality Plan, manage inspection teams, and coordinate with client representatives, subcontractors, and regulators on-site. Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years of utility-scale solar QA/QC experience, along with certifications such as ASQ, ISO 9001 or Six Sigma, and OSHA 10/30.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of utility-scale solar QA/QC experience.
• ASQ Certified Auditor, ISO 9001 or Six Sigma desired.
• OSHA 10/30 certification desirable.
• Technical knowledge of NEC, IEC, and construction codes.

Responsibilities

• Lead site QA/QC activities and implement SSQP.
• Develop and manage ITP with on-site inspections.
• Perform internal audits and issue NCRs with corrective actions.
• Review subcontractor QA plans and verify materials meet specs.
• Maintain QA/QC documentation and generate quality metrics.
• Facilitate lessons learned and feed improvements to teams.
• Travel to remote project locations as required.
