Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking an experienced Site Quality Manager to lead QA/QC on utility-scale solar projects. This on-site role coordinates inspection teams, liaises with clients, subcontractors, and regulators, and ensures quality program implementation on an NV-based site.

Travel is required. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years in utility-scale solar QA/QC, relevant certifications, and hands-on knowledge of SSQP, ITP, and nonconformance management.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in utility-scale solar quality management
• Certifications: ASQ Certified Auditor, ISO 9001, Six Sigma; OSHA 10/30 desirable
• In-depth knowledge of utility-scale PV systems, civil construction, electrical/mechanical codes, QA/QC
• Experience with Procore, Primavera P6 and MS Office suite
• Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Willingness to travel and work on-site at remote project locations
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Site-Specific Quality Plan (SSQP) and manage QMS adherence
• Develop ITP for the project covering all definable features of work
• Conduct regular inspections and audits per ITP/SSQP/contract
• Identify, report, and manage nonconformances; lead RCA and CAPA
• Maintain QA/QC documentation and generate project quality metrics
• Review subcontractor QA plans and audit their work and materials
• Lead lessons learned and feed back to engineering and procurement
• Ensure compliance with contract, manufacturer instructions, and codes
