Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a Site Quality Manager to lead QA/QC on our solar projects, reporting to the Regional Quality Manager. You will implement the Site-Specific Quality Plan, manage inspection teams, and liaise with client reps, subcontractors, and regulators on-site in Yerington, NV and other project locations.

Travel is required. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in utility-scale solar QA/QC, with certifications like ASQ/ISO 9001 and experience with Procore and Primavera P6.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in utility-scale solar QA/QC or equivalent.
• Experience leading QA/QC teams on construction sites.
• Strong knowledge of codes (NEC, IEC, ASTM) and QA/QC methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA/QC activities at the project level.
• Develop and implement SSQP and ITP.
• Conduct inspections, audits and manage NCRs/CAPAs.
