Job summary

SOLV Energy seeks an experienced Site Quality Manager to lead QA/QC at a major solar/battery storage project. You will implement the SSQP, manage inspection teams, and act as the primary on-site liaison with clients, subs, and regulators.

The role requires 3–5 years in utility-scale solar QA/QC, a strong problem-solving mindset, and travel to remote sites. On-site position in Yerington, NV with full-time employment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in utility-scale solar quality management.
• Certifications like ASQ Certified Auditor, ISO 9001, Six Sigma and OSHA 10/30 are desirable.
• In-depth knowledge of utility-scale PV systems, civil construction, electrical and mechanical codes and QA/QC methodologies.
• Experience with QA/QC software and project management tools.
• Willingness to travel regularly and work on-site at remote project locations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Site-Specific Quality Plan (SSQP) alongside Regional Quality Manager.
• Lead inspections, audits and CAPA activities per ITP/contract.
• Maintain QA/QC documentation, NCRs and quality metrics for leadership.
• Liaise with subcontractors, client reps and regulatory bodies on quality matters.
