Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a Site Quality Manager for a utility-scale solar project in Yerington, NV. You will lead QA/QC on site, implement the SSQP, and liaise with clients, subcontractors and regulators.

The role requires 3–5 years in utility-scale solar QA/QC, relevant certifications, and strong PV/civil/electrical knowledge. Proficiency in Procore/Primavera P6 and MS Office is essential, with travel to remote sites.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in utility-scale solar QA/QC management.
• Certifications such as ASQ Auditor, ISO 9001, Six Sigma and OSHA 10/30 are highly desirable.
• In-depth knowledge of utility-scale PV systems, civil construction, electrical/mechanical codes, and QA/QC methodologies.
• Experience with Procore or Primavera P6 and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Site-Specific Quality Plan (SSQP) with Regional Quality Manager.
• Lead inspections and audits per ITP, SSQP, and contract requirements.
• Identify nonconformances, lead RCA and develop CAPA plans.
• Maintain QA/QC documentation and generate quality metrics reports.
