Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a Regional Quality Manager to oversee QA/QC for PV EPC projects in the Southwest region. The role is remote with travel to project sites and client meetings as needed.

You will develop quality plans, perform audits, and guide field teams to ensure compliance with SOLV standards and industry regulations. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in solar quality management, strong knowledge of QA/QC and electrical safety, and the ability to train diverse teams while reporting

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in quality management in solar/renewables.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering; OSHA 10/30, Journeyman preferred.
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC methodologies and electrical safety.
• Experience with construction drawings and installation procedures.
• Proficient with quality management software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality plans aligned with SOLV Energy’s QMS, SOPs, and contracts.
• Oversee audits, inspections and QA/QC for PV projects in the region.
• Train field teams on QA/QC practices and company standards.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues.
• Prepare regular quality reports for management and clients.
