SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a Site Quality Manager to lead QA/QC on a Bremond, TX project. You will implement the Site-Specific Quality Plan, supervise inspection teams, and coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and regulators on-site.

You will apply your extensive experience in utility-scale solar, civil and electrical construction to enforce QMS, develop ITPs, conduct audits, and drive continuous improvement while traveling to remote locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in utility-scale solar quality management.
• Certifications such as ASQ Auditor, ISO 9001, Six Sigma are highly desirable.
• Technical knowledge of PV systems, civil construction, electrical/mechanical codes; QA/QC methods.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement QA/QC processes per SSQP; ensure compliance with NEC/IEC/ASTM.
• Lead inspections per ITP; manage audits of construction activities and document findings.
