You will act as a link between vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth daily operations and timely service delivery in a dynamic facilities environment.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of administrative or operational support experience.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Facilities or property management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate vendor activities and site inspections.
• Maintain records of vendor interactions, service requests and site activities.
• Assist in preparing reports on site operations and vendor performance.
• Respond to inquiries from staff, vendors, and clients with professionalism.
• Support implementation of site procedures and documentation practices.
• Organize and maintain site documentation and manuals.
• Coordinate site meetings and prepare materials for effective communication.
