Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in similar roles.
• High school diploma.
• Experience with work order management systems.

Responsibilities

• Escort external vendor providers in labs safely and compliantly.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure vendor visits go as planned.
• Collaborate with equipment owners and scheduling teams for timely pickups.
• Review and obtain service reports and quotes from vendors.
• Communicate with vendors, Procurement and Finance on issues.
• Document activities in a CMMS such as SAP and manage work orders.
