Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated seeks a Facilities Coordinator to support site operations in Seattle, WA. The role covers maintenance, vendor coordination, safety, and guest services, with a focus on service delivery and client satisfaction.

You will work Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM on-site, collaborating with facility managers to ensure KPI compliance and a safe, efficient workplace while maintaining accurate records and supporting events and relocations.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision and effectively deal with stressful situations.
• Self-motivated; confident, energetic and flexible; proficiency with IT tools and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide critical support to Site/Assistant Facility Managers across maintenance, operations, vendor oversight and occupancy services.
• Coordinate repairs, minor works and service requests; ensure timely completion and KPI compliance.
• Manage vendor communications and procurement as required; support events and meetings.
• Support safety and security initiatives and maintain accurate site records.
• Assist with moves, reconfigurations and building operations; manage building access passes.
