You will manage vendor relationships, track work orders, and lead a team to deliver exceptional service while aligning with client expectations and contract requirements.

You will support budgets, forecasting, and capital planning, ensuring efficient operations and strong client partnerships in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in facilities management.
• Proficiency with CMMS platforms like Corrigo.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and ensuring contract compliance.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and Google Docs.

Responsibilities

• Manage site operations in accordance with policies and contract requirements.
• Oversee vendor relationships for maintenance and facilities services.
• Track and audit work orders to ensure SLA compliance.
• Develop and maintain client relationships while meeting KPIs.
• Assist with budget management, forecasting, and spend reporting.
• Manage vendor purchase orders, invoices, and payments.
• Lead and develop a professional team delivering exemplary service.
