Job summary

Oldcastle APG, Inc. in Orlando, FL is seeking a Site Manager to lead a fast-paced manufacturing facility. You will be responsible for safety, quality, efficiency, preventative maintenance, and driving bottom-line results across multiple shifts and plants.

Responsibilities include managing expenses, improving productivity, and mentoring a strong site team. The role requires a hands-on leader who spends significant time on the floor guiding operations and implementing best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or 5+ years as a plant manager in a similar industry or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Experience managing automated, high-speed manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to review and discuss results of production reports and financial statements.
• Strong working knowledge of OSHA and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of a fast-paced manufacturing site, including safety, quality, efficiency, and PM.
• Lead and develop-site teams across shifts and plants.
• Achieve financial goals by controlling expenses and improving productivity.
• Implement OPS initiatives and KPI dashboards to monitor performance.
• Recruit, train, and mentor site staff and manage capital project requests.
