Job summary

Oldcastle APG in Milford, VA is seeking a Site Manager to lead a fast-paced manufacturing facility. You will drive safety, quality, and efficiency while directing a multidisciplinary team across shifts.

Responsibilities include managing budgets, implementing continuous improvement, and using KPIs and dashboards to monitor performance. This role demands hands-on leadership on the plant floor and a strong commitment to regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years as a plant manager in a similar industry or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Experience managing automated, high-speed manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to review and discuss results of production reports and financial statements.
• Strong working knowledge of OSHA and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety, housekeeping, maintenance, productivity, and quality.
• Meet financial goals through management of controllable expenses.
• Drive continuous improvement and share best practices across sites.
• Develop training programs and mentor site staff to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
• Manage capital project requests and use KPI dashboards to track performance.
