Oldcastle APG, a CRH Company, is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to lead several manufacturing sites across the Northeast, focusing on safety, quality, productivity, and cost control. The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and cross-site collaboration.

You will report to the Regional VP/GM, drive continuous improvement, and develop local leadership teams while ensuring regulatory compliance and effective capital planning.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, Finance, or other technical field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of leadership experience in Operations Management or equivalent.
• Strong financial acumen with demonstrated P&L results.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively and maintain relationships over time.

Responsabilidades

• Lead multiple manufacturing sites in the Northeast region.
• Ensure safety, quality, productivity, housekeeping, maintenance and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and coach leadership teams at each site.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost optimization.
• Collaborate with regional leaders to achieve shared goals.
