Job summary

Oldcastle, a CRH company, is seeking a Site Manager for our Orlando, FL manufacturing facility. The role oversees all aspects of a fast-paced site, driving safety, quality, efficiency, and bottom-line results while leading a focused and engaged team on multiple shifts and plants.

You will establish and monitor business objectives, ensure compliance with environmental responsibilities, manage expenses, and implement capital projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or 5+ years as a plant manager in a similar industry.
• Experience managing automated, high-speed manufacturing.
• Ability to review and discuss results of production reports and financial statements.
• Strong working knowledge of OSHA and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Ensure excellence through the 5 plant fundamentals of safety, housekeeping, preventive maintenance, productivity, and quality.
• Manage controllable expenses to meet financial goals.
• Drive continuous improvement and a culture of excellence across all functions.
• Share best practices across sites and learn from others to improve site performance.
• Recruit, develop, and mentor a strong site staff and ensure effective day-to-day operations.
