Job summary

Oldcastle APG in Fredonia, PA is seeking a Site Manager to lead a fast-paced Dry Mix Concrete manufacturing facility on site. You will be responsible for safety, quality, productivity, and budget adherence while building a high-performing team.

You will spend most of your time on the floor (60%+), drive continuous improvement, manage capital projects, and ensure compliance with environmental and OSHA standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or 5+ years as a plant manager in a similar industry.
• Experience managing automated, high-speed manufacturing environments.
• Ability to review production reports and financial statements.
• Strong working knowledge of OSHA and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety, housekeeping, preventive maintenance, productivity and quality on site.
• Manage controllable expenses to meet financial goals.
• Drive continuous improvement and share best practices across sites.
• Lead site staff and develop personnel.
• Develop training programs to promote employee engagement.
• Ensure on-time delivery of high-quality products.
