Job summary

Oldcastle APG, a CRH Company, is seeking a Site Manager for our Orlando, FL concrete manufacturing facility. The role oversees all aspects of site performance, safety, quality, and bottom-line results, leading a team to meet company objectives.

The Site Manager is expected to drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with environmental and safety standards while coordinating capital projects and on-site training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or 5+ years as a plant manager in a similar industry or equivalent.
• Experience managing automated, high-speed manufacturing.
• Ability to review and discuss results of production reports and financial statements.
• Strong working knowledge of OSHA and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of a fast-paced manufacturing site, including safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Meet financial goals through controllable expenses management.
• Drive continuous improvement and share best practices across sites.
• Oversee capital project planning and implementation.
• Recruit, develop, and mentor site staff and ensure on-site training.
