Job summary

Oldcastle APG in Macon, GA is seeking a Site Manager to oversee a fast-paced manufacturing facility. You will lead safety, quality, efficiency, and maintenance, manage budgets, and develop a high-performing team across shifts.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of plant management experience, strong knowledge of OSHA, and a track record of achieving manufacturing KPIs. On-site, full-time position with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or 5+ years as a plant manager in a similar industry or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Experience managing automated, high-speed manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to review and discuss results of production reports and financial statements.
• Strong working knowledge of OSHA and safety procedures.

Responsibilities
