Job summary

Gopuff is seeking a Site Manager to lead a local team of Shift Leaders and Field Operations Associates, overseeing facility operations and a network of independent Driver Partners. You’ll drive KPIs, manage budgets, and ensure compliant, safe operations.

We prioritize customer experience and team leadership. The role requires availability during peak hours (5pm–3am) and occasional weekends/holidays, with opportunities for growth within Field Operations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a blended W2/1099 workforce in a fast-paced environment.
• Retail, grocery, military, restaurant experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Availability for peak hours (5pm–3am) and weekends/holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds.
• Proficiency in Google Suite and email.

Responsibilities

• Plans, directs, and is accountable for all facility operations including deliveries, inventory, equipment and systems.
• Drive improvements to KPIs such as Order Picking Time, Order Dwell Time, Drive Time, Order Defect Rate, and Cost Per Order.
• Train and coach associates to work safely following standard processes and procedures.
• Ensure budgeted productivity, labor, and other expenses are achieved to drive site financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations for the warehouse by analyzing reports.
• Implement safety, HR compliance, asset protection, and quality assurance reviews.
• Develop and implement action plans to improve performance and guide company programs.
• Create and implement plans to improve safety, culture and financial performance of the facility.
