Job summary

Gopuff is seeking a Site Manager to lead a local team of Shift Leaders and Field Operations Associates, overseeing the facility’s operations and coordinating with independent Driver Partners.

In this fast-paced role, you will drive improvements to key KPIs, coach staff, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards. You will work to deliver a flawless customer experience while supporting peak operation hours and weekend schedules as needed.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in fast-paced environments and leading a blended workforce (W2/1099).
• Retail, grocery, military, restaurant or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong conflict resolution skills.
• Proven track record of team development and engagement.
• Proficient with computer usage, email, and Google Suite.
• Ability to lead in a changing environment.
• Willingness to work peak hours (5pm–3am) and weekends/holidays as needed.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, and lift up to 49 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Plans, directs, and is accountable for all facility operations including deliveries, inventory, equipment, and systems.
• Drive improvements to KPIs such as Order Picking Time, Order Dwell Time, Drive Time, Order Defect Rate, and Cost Per Order.
• Training and coaching associates to work safely while following standard work and processes.
• Accountable for driving the site's financial performance by meeting budgeted productivity, labor, and other expenses.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations; analyze and interpret reports for warehouse operations.
• Implement and monitor Safety and HR compliance, asset protection, safety controls, and QA reviews.
• Develop and implement action plans to improve performance and supervise management in confidentiality of records.
• Create plans to improve safety, culture, and financial performance of the facility.
