Job summary

Gopuff is seeking a Site Leader to join the Field Operations team. The role leads a local team of Shift Leaders and Field Operations Associates, plus a network of independent Driver Partners, to deliver a perfect customer experience and drive site performance.

You will oversee facility operations, drive improvements in KPIs, and ensure adherence to policies while managing budgets and safety programs. This is a fast-paced, hands-on leadership role requiring proactive problem-solving and strong

Qualifications

6+ years in fast-paced environments.
Retail, grocery, military, restaurant or equivalent experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proven conflict resolution abilities.
Ability to develop and engage teams.
Adaptable to changing environments.
Willingness to work peak hours (5pm–3am) and weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

Plans, directs, and is accountable for facility operations including deliveries, inventory, equipment, and systems.
Drive improvements to KPIs such as Order Picking Time, Order Dwell Time, Drive Time, Order Defect Rate, and Cost Per Order.
Drive financial performance by achieving budgeted productivity, labor, and expenses.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations for warehouse operations.
Oversee safety, asset protection, and quality assurance reviews.
Develop and implement action plans to improve performance and guide company programs.
