Job summary

Gopuff is seeking a Site Leader to oversee a local team of Shift Leads, Field Operations Associates, and driver partners. You will drive site operations, coordinate schedules, and lead continuous improvements to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years in fast-paced environments with leadership experience, strong communication, and a degree in a related field. This role requires flexibility for peak hours, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment and leading a workforce
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor’s Degree, preferred (Business, Operations, Supply Chain, etc.)
• Ability to work with fluid schedules, including evenings, weekends, holidays as needed
• Experience leading through change and improving processes using data-driven approaches

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and be accountable for all site operations including deliveries, inventory, equipment, and systems
• Drive KPI improvements such as Order Picking Time, Order Dwell Time, Drive Time, Order Defect Rate, and Cost Per Order
• Ensure budgeted productivity, labor, and other expenses are met
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations for the warehouse
• Develop action plans to improve performance and train site leadership
• Balance labor with productivity forecasts and business needs
• Maintain overall appearance and customer experience through efficient operations
• Foster customer-first culture and local community relations
• Provide leadership for safety, asset protection, and quality assurance
