Job summary

Ricoh USA, Inc. in Palo Alto is seeking a Site Leader to manage the daily operations of a small site and lead a compact team.

You will oversee office services including copy, mail, courier, imaging, and hospitality while ensuring customer service levels and profitability. You will act as the on-site contact for customer issues and contract compliance, train staff, and coordinate with leadership to maintain quality, scheduling, and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of experience in a related field (B2B and/or technical).
• Previous training experience strongly preferred.
• Previous 2+ years of customer-facing work experience required.
• Demonstrated proficient knowledge and understanding of technology.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of mail room, copy center, or scanning facility and operate office equipment.
• Supervise small team, assign tasks, schedule projects, and report facility issues to leadership.
• Be the on-site point person for customer issues and contract compliance for sites without a Site Manager.
• Train and develop assigned staff and manage performance.
