Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires 3–5 years of experience in B2B, operational, or technical environments.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to manage a team and customer relationships.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a small- to medium-sized site and lead a team of direct reports.
• Ensure service levels align with SLAs and drive operational efficiency.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and manage contracted services.
• Monitor production labor, quality control, and costs to meet financial goals.
• Provide coaching, performance evaluations, and development plans for staff.
• Collaborate with Sales and internal partners to support reporting and business reviews.
