Job summary

Ricoh USA, Inc. in Bethesda, MD seeks a Senior Site Manager, MS Site Management to direct daily operations of a large team across complex site(s). The role ensures contract compliance for services including Copy, MPS, Hospitality, Imaging and Mail.

You will drive SLA performance, talent management, and client satisfaction while leading staffing, onboarding, and continuous improvement initiatives within Ricoh Service Excellence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 5+ years of experience in a related field (B2B and/or technical environment).
• 5+ years of customer-facing experience.
• Demonstrated high-level knowledge and understanding of technology.
• Office 365 proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily site operations of a medium to large team.
• Prioritize complex projects and manage multiple priorities.
• Foster an inclusive, high-performing team environment with SLA objectives met.
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of Ricoh products and service offerings.
• Provide strategic and tactical insights by collaborating with counterparts across business units.
