Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations with data-driven insights guiding decisions.
• Serve as the primary contact for customer issues while ensuring contract compliance and service excellence.

• Mentor a diverse team, assign schedules and provide guidance on tasks.
• Tackle challenges, maintain SLAs, and analyze issues to resolve them effectively.
• Manage inventory efficiently and coordinate logistics for rooms and AV equipment.
• Complete administrative tasks accurately and streamline processes with data insights.
• Provide flexible support to other departments and vendors as needed.
