Job summary

Ricoh is seeking a Site Coordinator to manage daily operations of a single-person site, including mail, copy, imaging, and courier services. You will ensure SLA adherence and coordinate with vendors and occupants to maintain service quality.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma, 1+ year experience in a related field, and customer-facing skills, with basic technical aptitude and strong communication abilities. This role is based in Irvine, CA, and requires on-site work.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of experience in a related field (B2B and/or technical environment).
• 1+ years of customer-facing work experience required.
• Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of technology.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of a mailroom, copy center, or scanning facility.
• Operate office equipment such as PCs, copiers, imaging devices, and mail equipment.
• May handle courier, reception, switchboard, shipping/receiving, and mail processing.
• Interact with customers and ensure service levels and SLAs are met.
• Support data collection and monthly reporting for leadership and customers.
