Jitsu, Inc. is seeking a Delivery Station Site Supervisor (Operations Supervisor) to lead daily sort and outbound operations, report to the Operations Manager, and ensure safety, quality, and cost targets are met on every shift.

This hands‑on leadership role requires a strong floor presence and operational discipline. You will train and develop hourly associates and leads, onboard new staff, implement procedures and staffing rosters, and use data to identify trends and drive continuous

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 2+ years of related experience in last‑mile delivery, warehousing, or logistics.
• Demonstrated supervisory or lead experience, with ability to direct and motivate a team of hourly personnel including contingent workers.
• Strong floor leadership instincts; you are present, visible, and accountable on shift.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills across diverse audiences and levels.

Responsabilités

• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve operational issues in real time during shifts.
• Proactively communicate SLA risk, staffing gaps, or operational variances to the Operations Manager.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve issues affecting sort execution and delivery timelines.
• Use data to identify operational trends and flag process improvement opportunities to the Operations Manager.
• Develop and implement a warehouse supply inventory management system; submit bi‑weekly orders for warehouse supplies.
