Job summary

Jitsu, Inc. in Santa Fe Springs, CA is seeking a Delivery Station Site Supervisor to lead daily sort and outbound operations as the second-in-command to the Operations Manager.

You will supervise hourly associates and leads, ensure safety, quality, and cost targets are met, and stand in for the site leader when needed. This role requires hands-on floor presence, strong oversight, and ability to implement procedures, schedules, and staffing plans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of related experience in last-mile delivery, transportation, warehousing, or logistics.
• Demonstrated supervisory or lead experience with hourly personnel including contingent workers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Design and enforce safety standards with the Operations Manager and ensure PPE availability.
• Manage outbound warehouse processes to meet daily delivery schedules.
• Oversee sortation to ensure accurate and efficient package routing.
• Train, mentor, and develop a team of hourly staff and leads; onboard new personnel.
• Investigate and resolve real-time operational issues and communicate risks to leadership.
