Job summary

Jitsu is seeking a Delivery Station Site Leader (Operations Manager) to oversee warehouse operations, including outbound and sortation, in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment in Reno, NV. You will lead a rotating hourly team and drive safety, quality, and cost improvements while contributing to market P&L and cross-functional collaboration.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in last-mile or 3PL warehousing, strong data skills, and a proven ability to scale operations in a high-growth setting.

Qualifications

• 4 years in last-mile delivery, 3PL warehousing, logistics, or last mile transportation.
• 3 years managing teams of direct and indirect reports in an operations environment.
• Proven ability to lead through a high-growth, fast-paced environment with adaptability.
• Strong analytical skills with data; experience with Google Sheets to track KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Own daily warehouse operations including outbound and sortation.
• Lead a team of rotating hourly associates; ensure safety, quality, and cost targets.
• Drive continuous improvement and OSHA compliance across operations.
• Partner with the Client Operations team to deliver on last-mile commitments.
• Assist with P&L management for the market and control cost drivers.
