Job summary

Jitsu is seeking a Site Supervisor to act as the second-in-command to the Operations Manager, leading daily sort and outbound operations on a busy last‑mile site. You’ll manage a rotating team of hourly associates and leads, drive safety, quality, and cost metrics, and step in to run the site when needed.

Responsibilities include training staff, developing staffing rosters, troubleshooting operational issues, and using data to improve workflows.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in last-mile delivery, transportation, warehousing, or logistics.
• Demonstrated supervisory or lead experience with hourly personnel.
• Strong on-shift presence, accountability, and communication.
• Analytical, organized, and able to meet deadlines under pressure.
• Proficient with Google Drive, Slack, and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily outbound, sortation, and safety processes with floor leadership.
• Ensure packages depart on time while meeting safety, quality, and cost goals.
• Train and mentor hourly leads and associates, including contingent workers.
• Develop rosters and staffing plans aligned to volume and SLAs.
• Investigate issues in real time and coordinate with other departments.
