Job summary

Jitsu is seeking a Delivery Station Site Supervisor in California. You will lead hourly staff, ensure safety, quality, and cost targets, and run the floor in coordination with the Operations Manager. This role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and the ability to scale staffing and procedures for peak periods.

You will oversee outbound and sortation processes, implement procedures, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining a safety-first environment across shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of supervisory or lead experience in last-mile delivery, warehousing, or logistics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Google Drive, Slack, and related operations tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety standards and PPE planning; enforce OSHA-compliant culture.
• Oversee outbound process; ensure daily package dispatch per schedule and KPIs.
• Manage sortation; ensure accurate, efficient package sorting.
• Train, mentor, and develop hourly staff and contingent workers.
• Resolve real-time operational issues; communicate SLA risks to leadership.
• Develop supply inventory processes; bi-weekly replenishments.
• Travel opportunities may arise to support other sites.
