Job summary

Jitsu is a fast-growing, data-driven last-mile delivery provider operating in major U.S. metro areas. We seek a Site Leader/Operations Manager to own warehouse efficiency, lead a rotating hourly workforce, and drive safety, quality, and cost improvements across outbound and sortation.

Responsibilities include P&L oversight for the market, cross-functional collaboration, and scalable process improvements. Weekend/night hours and travel up to 25% are required.

Qualifications

• 4 years in last-mile delivery, 3PL warehousing, logistics, or last mile transportation.
• 3 years of experience managing teams in an operations environment.
• Strong analytical skills with data; experience with Google Sheets to track KPIs.
• Excellent communication skills across all levels of the organization.
• OSHA Forklift certification is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own daily warehouse operations including outbound and sortation, ensuring packages are dispatched accurately and on schedule.
• Lead a team of rotating temporary hourly associates; drive safety, quality, and cost improvements.
• Assist with P&L management for your market and use data to identify trends and improvements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Client Ops, People, and Central Ops to resolve issues and exceed client expectations.
• Travel up to 25% locally and nationally to support other sites.
