Job summary

Jitsu, a fast-growing last-mile delivery service, seeks a Site Supervisor to act as the second-in-command to the Operations Manager. You will lead hourly associates, manage outbound and sortation, and ensure Safety, Quality, and Cost metrics are met on each shift.

A hands-on leadership presence is essential to drive daily performance. The role requires coordination with multiple teams, training and mentoring staff, and stepping in to run the site when needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of related supervisory experience in logistics.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze operations and troubleshoot in real time.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily outbound, sortation, and safety processes.
• Coach and develop hourly associates and leads.
• Ensure safety, quality, and cost standards.
• Assist Operations Manager and run site in their absence.
