May Mobility in Arlington, TX is seeking a Site Operations Manager II to lead the on-site team and ensure safe, reliable shuttle operations. You will oversee Site Supervisors, Technicians, and contracted Autonomous Vehicle Operators, reporting to the Customer Operations Manager and partnering with partners, customers, and passengers.

The role demands strong leadership, safety discipline, budget awareness, and the ability to thrive in a startup environment with occasional travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or higher in Business, Technical Operations, or other degree.
• 3+ years experience as a people leader in a fast-adapting and customer-focused environment.
• Proven experience making judgment calls in ambiguous situations.
• Experience developing processes and managing projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across multiple platforms; strong attention to detail.
• Valid U.S. Driver's License and willingness to undergo a driving record check.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of Site Supervisors, Technicians, and contracted Autonomous Vehicle Operators to run shuttle operations.
• Report to the Customer Operations Manager and ensure quality, safety, and reliability.
• Manage daily protocols, safety culture, and site performance metrics.
• Align spending with the site operating budget and meet financial goals.
• Collaborate with People Operations for staffing and performance decisions.
• Coordinate with engineers for issue escalation and technical collaboration.
• Train and onboard site leadership on new vehicle technology rollouts.
• Cover shifts outside normal business hours and travel up to 10%.
