May Mobility is hiring an Autonomous Vehicle Operations Specialist II in Arlington, TX. You will coordinate daily logistics for riders and AVOs, ensuring a safe and positive experience while supporting autonomous vehicle operations.

The role requires 3+ years in a fast‑paced customer environment and 3+ years of supervisory experience, plus a valid US driver’s license. Travel to other sites may be required as needed, with comprehensive benefits and a strong emphasis on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a fast‑adapting and customer‑focused environment.
• 3+ years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Valid U.S. Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily logistics for riders and Autonomous Vehicle Operators (AVOs) and customers.
• Maintain rigorous safety guidelines and foster a safety‑first culture.
• Collect, document, and report feedback on vehicle issues to the engineering team.
• Troubleshoot with engineers and other staff to prevent operational disruptions.
• Coach AVOs through quality assessments and ride‑alongs.
• Monitor vehicle health and ensure proper supervision of all vehicles during operations.
• Interact with riders as required and follow incident response protocols.
