Job summary
May Mobility is seeking an Autonomous Vehicle Operations Specialist II in Arlington, TX, onsite. You will coordinate daily logistics, support AVs during operations, and report to the Site Operations Manager to help deliver a safe, reliable rider experience.
Key duties include enforcing safety protocols, tracking performance metrics, reporting issues to engineering, coaching AVOs through assessments, and collaborating with site teams to share best practices.
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in a fast-adapting and customer-focused environment.
- 3+ years of supervisory or leadership experience.
- Valid U.S. Driver's License.
- Associates degree or higher in Business, Technical Operations, or related area.
- Prior experience in operations or logistics.
- Working knowledge of Google Suite.
Responsibilities
- Ensure safety protocols are followed during each shift.
- Track site performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
- Report mechanical issues to the engineering team with clear details.
- Collaborate with engineers to troubleshoot escalations.
- Coach AVOs through quality assessments and ride-alongs.
- Monitor vehicle health and respond to incidents.
- Represent May Mobility with external parties as needed.
