You will lead shift-level operations, monitor vehicle health, coordinate with engineering, and develop incident response drills. The role requires 5+ years in fast-paced environments and 3+ years of supervision, with travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a fast-adapting, customer-focused environment.
• 3+ years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Valid U.S. Driver's License.
• Associates degree or higher in Business, Technical Operations, or related field.
• Experience in operations or logistics.
• Experience with Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift-level operations following safety guidelines.
• Serve as primary escalation point for vehicle, passenger, and ops issues.
• Monitor real-time vehicle health; coordinate with engineering.
• Respond to incidents and document reports.
• Train and onboard new team members.
• Travel to other sites up to 50% for coverage.
