Job summary

Gopuff is seeking a Site Leader to guide a local team of Shift Leaders, Field Operations Associates, and Driver Partners. You will oversee all site operations, drive KPI improvements, and ensure cost-effective performance in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage schedules, lead change initiatives, and uphold safety, quality, and customer experience standards across the facility, with a focus on delivering a flawless customer experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years managing teams in fast-paced settings.
• Experience in manufacturing, logistics, or retail.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business/Operations.
• Ability to adapt to changing environment and lead change.

Responsibilities

• Plans, directs, and is accountable for all facility operations including deliveries, inventory, equipment, and systems.
• Drive improvements to KPIs such as Order Picking Time, Order Dwell Time, Drive Time, Order Defect Rate, and Cost Per Order.
• Develop productivity plans balancing labor and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations for the warehouse.
• Lead site leadership in managing expenses and labor within budget and sales volume.
• Creates and implements plans to improve the financial performance of the site.
• Maintain appearance in line with marketing guidelines and deliver a great customer experience.
• Foster a customer-first culture and build community relationships.
