Job summary

Opensity Solutions is a leading tech-enabled managed services organization delivering client-focused administrative and facilities support at a client site in Louisville, KY. The Site Manager will oversee daily operations and supervise staff, ensuring exceptional service and efficient operations.

This role requires strong leadership, recruiting, and training skills, with a focus on building productive teams and maintaining high service levels.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma; associates or bachelors degree preferred but not required.
• Previous supervisory experience in a client service-oriented field.
• Detail oriented with good attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lead others in a professional manner.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater; occasional physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the principal liaison between Opensity, the employees, and the Client.
• Supervises and delegates to the team to ensure productivity goals are met and team provides excellent client service.
• Continuously looks for opportunities to increase the efficiency of operation.
• Seeks opportunities to increase services and makes recommendations to the key contact.
• Demonstrates proficiency in explaining all products, services, turnaround times, delivery schedules and guarantees to the client.
• Recruits and interviews potential Opensity candidates for available positions at the site.
• Hires, trains, supervises, evaluates and develops all personnel assigned to the site.
• Schedules personnel to ensure compliance with performance standards and coverage without overtime.
• Assists Operations Manager with tracking productivity and monthly leadership reports.
