Job summary

Opensity Solutions is seeking a Facilities Supervisor to oversee daily facilities operations, maintenance, and workplace services, ensuring a safe and well‑maintained environment for employees, clients and visitors. You will supervise Associates and Coordinators and partner with the Facilities Manager to deliver service excellence.

Responsibilities include supervising maintenance, coordinating work orders, ensuring safety compliance, supporting hospitality and moves, and monitoring vendor

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; associate/bachelor’s preferred.
• 2–4 years in facilities operations or workplace services with supervisory experience.
• Certifications in facilities management or safety are a plus.
• Proven leadership, organisation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily facility operations to keep buildings safe and functional.
• Oversee maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance activities.
• Coordinate work for Associates, Coordinators, and service staff.
• Monitor service requests and ensure timely escalation and resolution.
• Support office moves, space reconfigurations, and furniture setup.
• Collaborate with Facilities Manager on priorities and service needs.
• Monitor vendor performance and manage internal logistics.
