Job summary

Opensity Solutions is seeking a Senior Site Manager to oversee office services operations across client sites. You will lead a team, optimize processes, and ensure exceptional guest experiences while maintaining a culture of teamwork and accountability.

The role involves strategic planning, client relationship management, and continuous improvement to drive efficiency and service excellence across locations.

Qualifications

• At least a high school diploma; associate or bachelor degree preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience including performance management, hiring, training, scheduling and other management duties.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team providing high-quality office and hospitality services.
• Fosters a culture of accountability, respect, and high performance among staff.
• Serves as the liaison between Opensity Solutions, the client’s administration and site employees.
• Provide elevated concierge-style customer service to all end-users at the site.
• Provide onsite leadership with the Opensity Solutions team and develop staff careers.
• Develop and implement strategic plans and business innovation strategies.
• Maintain outstanding organizational abilities.
• Identify opportunities to increase on-site operations efficiency.
• Recruit and interview candidates for positions at the site.
• Hire, train, manage, and evaluate site personnel.
• Schedule personnel to meet performance standards and avoid overtime.
• Compile and report data for monthly client management reports.
• Demonstrate integrity and loyalty in daily operations.
