Job summary

Opensity is seeking a Site Manager to oversee daily operations at a client office in Nashville, ensuring exceptional client service and efficient administration. You will supervise staff, coordinate hiring, training, and scheduling, and act as the primary liaison between Opensity, employees, and the client.

The role requires a high school diploma (associates or bachelor's preferred), supervisory experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to lift 40 lbs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma; associates or bachelors degree preferred but not required
• Previous supervisory experience in a client service-oriented field, preferably in an office/services environment
• Detail oriented with good attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to lead others in a professional manner
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to lift 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the principal liaison between Opensity, employees, and the Client
• Supervises and delegates to the team to ensure productivity and client service
• Identify opportunities to increase efficiency of operation
• Suggests services enhancements to the key contact
• Explain products, services, timelines, delivery schedules and guarantees to client
• Recruit and interview candidates for site positions
• Hire, train, supervise, evaluate and develop site personnel
• Schedule staff to meet performance standards and avoid overtime
• Support Operations Manager with tracking productivity and reporting to leadership and client
