Job summary

May Mobility is hiring a Senior Autonomous Vehicle Operations Specialist based on-site to coordinate daily logistics and support AV operations, ensuring safe rides and exceptional service for customers and riders. You will report to the Site Operations Manager and lead peers to drive efficiency and results.

Responsibilities include overseeing shift-level activities, acting as escalation contact, monitoring vehicle health, and collaborating with engineering on issues.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in a fast-adapting and customer-focused environment.
• 3+ years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Valid U.S. Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift-level operations, ensuring safety guidelines and May Mobility protocols are followed.
• Serve as the primary escalation point during your shift for vehicle, passenger, and operational issues.
• Monitor vehicle health in real time and coordinate with engineering on issues.
• Follow and enforce incident response protocols and report details to Site Manager.
• Support site managers in scheduling, training, and onboarding of new team members.
• Train and certify Autonomous Vehicle Operators following approved curriculum.
